I saw an IP the other night heading to work. They were in the far left lane on 495 Outerloop by the Dulles Toll road exit, I guess around 8pm. Had a pretty cool bumper on it, white car but the bottom piece that goes over the exhaust was black. Definetly looked pretty slick.

Sorry, havent read up much on body kits so dont know all the exact names of the pieces, lol.
