real asians dont usually eat fried rice. just ask Lek.
fried rice is invented for the capitalistic american imperialists by the great chairman of the commie party, Mao. its left over hardened rice from the previous night. if you observe carefully, you hardly ever see asian people order fried rice with their food in chinese restaurants.

A friend of mine went to Morimoto in Philadelphia and ordered "Ishi Yaki Buri Bop - King Yellowtail on Rice Prepared at your Table in Hot River Stone Bowl" because he thought it sounded really cool. Turned out to be glamorized bi bim bap...
