I would definitely recommend decent tire tread... you'll need it.

Ack! I just got the car serviced so I'm sure the internals and everything are fine. I need to check my tires b/c they maybe getting low. I have almost 15,000 miles on these Kumhos. Worse comes to worse I can be the last car so I can take it easier if I'm worried about my treads.

I think this is a very exciting drive. Its one of those things you may want to do once in your life time. LOL HAHAHAHA even if you have to go 5 mph. LOL HAHA

It's going to be one of thos "Hahaha, I'm driving around in a more unsafe condition than you! Nyah!"

For the record I prefer to bring up the rear...unless there is somebody really slow infront of me. I'm always worried that I'm not keeping up enough if I'm in the middle so I get closer to the guy in front...but them I'm worried about plowing into the back of the car in front of me. For those of you who've seen me drive you know I can keep up I just prefer to do it in the back of the line.

If someone plows into my rear bumper, they're at least buying me a new aftermarket bumper of my choice... maybe a titanium exhaust too...

I'm down. Maybe I'll ride the bike instead, get some knee pads and get low in the corners.

125 miles is not bad. I've been on 2 days rides before. I've been riding for 4 years.
