Lek, I'm going to suggest we can talk and discuss an exact itinerary. Times, meeting points (for MD guys, we'll have a different point), exactly where we'll eat, things like that. I just odnt want others to see this and have it change. Maybe within the next few days we can get that all hammered out and send out an email to everyone. I believe we could easily get 20 cars at this event so having everything planed out will only help. Once we get a total amount, then we'll figure out groups, etc.
