Tough question

Ok I know with the tragedy in the south that this isn't really a good time, but it's Devon everyone, come on what do you expect.

I have a HKS exhaust on order now for 2 months and I just got off the phone with HKS and they say they still don't even have an ETA yet for me. The question is ..... If you had $1500.00 to spend on an exhaust what would you get. Keep in mind I already have Crawford Cats waiting for the exhaust. Should I just keep waiting or buy something different-better then the HKS.

Oh and so you don't hate on me, my wife and I already donated $500 to the Red Cross. So I'm not selfish.

Agreed. If your're going FI, you'll actually get the benefit from replacing everything from the headers back. Try to keep your hydraulic diameter >= than the header outlet all the way back.

How about the Nismo Weldina? Its a little bit more but have heard it sounds great. Hardly see anyone have it. Isn't the Evo II true dual?

Yep, the G200 is in fact a true dual cat back exhaust. Check the pic, but ignore the arrows. If you're going single turbo in the future, but get a true dual exhaust now, you're gonna need some custom pipe work done. Keep that in mind.

Oh, I say you wait for the HKS. Have patience my son. Just to warn you, it's loud as hell, I heard it in person on a Z, but looks bad a$$. No one I know has it in the local area, so you'll probably be the only one with it.

If you go with a turbo it will take the exhaust note down a few notches.
Of course if you want the noise an ss will do just fine.

Have you ever considered the Fujitsubo Legalis-R Exhaust System? I've seen this in person a few months back on 2 g coupes at Penn State. It sounded bad *** and was really nice IMO. I believe they run for about 900-1100. There's been a few ppl on g35driver who have gotten this exhaust too and so far no complaints. One of them posted a vid clip of his Fujitsubo Legalis-R Exhaust System vs the stock one. You should search that and see if you can find that.
