Nah, usuaally the standard is 2 vs 2 is half court. Even 3 vs 3 is usually half court. Trust me, I used to play a ton of ball and you dont play ball when its half court and you dont at least have 4's. Its basically just running up and down fast breaks. I think 3's on a half court is ideal personally. You can have good spacing and actually set up plays.

 

right well I was just naming a few examples of half court in my eyes. I've been playing ball for long time also since I was in 4th grade.
