Wow thats crazy. I know that area pretty well in fact. My uncle sold that house in Torrance and moved to Ranchos Palos Verdes on top of the hill overlooking all of LA. Pete Sampras lives right down the street! And my cousin lives in Hermosa - real close to Manhattan. I was just at the Sharkey's there in Hermosa last week. Place is crawlin with honies - off the chain!!!
