Alright. He's definitely gonna give you a better deal than what YG35 got quoted for. He said that they are charging too much. He'll get a better idea tomorrow when he works on my brakes and I'll let you guys know at the meet on Saturday!!

I'd be interested in Tein-H or Tein-S - this will have to be later on down the line though when I get some wheels and kit - which is why I asked if he does all that stuff.

The Springs i was talking about ... were Tein S-techs as well but they cost about about $600? dont they? Maybe i was including the Tokico D-spec adjustable shocks as well ... but if you are looking for just springs .. why not the Eibach Coil Kit? ... i think everythingg35.com sells them for about $200+ and they have the best reviews i believe...

S-Tech's are less than $200. Your price must include shocks obviously.

Another thing. He says he's gonna be busy this weekend and next weekend. So it wouldn't be until the weekend after next.

is there any point in me getting these since I have the sport package on the '05, meaning are the Tein H Tech's better than the Sport suspension on the '05s? I might as well buy these too I've already spent a **** load on my car in the past 2 months.

personally i dont want to jeopardize the ride quality for looks and some performance of some springs. in addition once you lower, you run into camber issues and improper tire wear, i dunno about stock tires, but my tires are around $300-$350 each!! not to mention you end up spending anywhere from another $500-1000 in between the alignments and getting close or back to spec w/ some type of camber kit. Although a lowered car looks good, to me its more about cost/benefit, not to mention I already have a hard time getting a jack under the car!!

I have to agree. A lowered car does look good. But it takes money and time to get it to be perfect. Unless you are gonna half *** it then really thats your problem. Right now a regulary floor jack barely even fit under my car.

not necessarily true puria - If the car is barely lowered (aka 350z H techs) 9 times out of 10 you won't have to deal with camber issues. If the drop is 1" or more, that's when its always a problem. I mean I'll get it re-aligned once dropped, but should be good to go.

Hopefully I'll crack that front bumper just in time to sell to you! haha.. uummmm topsecret is looking good.. so is nismo.... what to do what to do.
