I don't think you can get a ticket for calling a cop a pig. So why not? He can't do $hit. I just wouldn't do that if the cop just pulled me over.

Acutally guys, you can get a ticket for calling out "PIG" to a cop, while in the passenger side. I would know since I have been cited. They nailed me with Disorderly Conduct. My lawyer was trying to argue Free Speech but I was also a little under-the-influence at the time, so that probably didn't help my case

 

where is south riding located? what county? haha btw I've got charged with disorderly conduct as well but my lawyer got them to agree to community service (8 hours worth) and it's expunged from my record. But get this I never said anything to the cop, my dumbass friend mouthed off to the cop that I was being treated unfairly (because the cop was picking on me basically) so the cop asked which one his friend was and then charged me...I hate nashville cops.

Yea, disorderly conduct SUCKS b/c it's not one of those fines (like Drunk in Public ) can you can pre-pay. They MAKE you show up in court. what a waste of time...
