Pictures are up on the website and May 7th Drive
Just a heads up if you didnt see the e-mail I sent out, the pictures are also up on the website.
Also we're still working on the details for the Saturday, May 7th drive. I do know some people are concerned that it is Mother's Day and already have some plans. Thats why I think it would be best to keep the drive relatively short and not an all day event. I, for one will also be taking out my Mom for dinner. I know we've thrown around some ideas for a drive but couldnt come up with any conclusions or consensus.
Maybe we can get some ideas flowing and decide that out today or at the latest tomorrow.

Since it seems none of us know West Virginia too well I would cancel that out unless you want to just roam around or something? I would suggest skyline drive it's not too long and it's not too far away. Just my .02.
Technically, Sunday is Mothers Day. But in all fairness, I understand maybe the Saturday night before could be devoted to them. I say we take a drive from 11ish to 1ish, eat, drive back, be home by 4ish - Unless we don't want to stop for lunch, then take a drive around 12 be back by 3.
I probably won't be able to make it to the drive. I'm planning to put on my lip if it ever arrives. Maybe wax my car some more. I also need to bring it in for service to replace my 1 bent rim.

My bad, I guess I got my days confused. I just had a few people email me telling me they were planning stuff for Mother's Day. Any routes you had in mind? I'll check out Skyline Drive and what possible route we can take.

I'm game for a morning through mid-afternoon drive. Grabbing some lunch would be good just to give our brakes a chance to recover...
On a side note, anyone go to the German Auto Concours yesterday at Nottaway Park in Vienna? While I was there, the showing was pretty weak.
