I doubt it. since they wont confirm the V8 in there, that means they are going for a V6, and I hope for their sake that its not the soul-less V6 in the current tiburon. (Im sure it wont, but still hahaha)

If there is a V8 version though, it could pose a threat in a straight line to the current G35's stock though.

Doesn't look like a turbo 6 from the pic. In fact, if they are taking that pic from the front of the car, it doesn't look RWD either.

The pictures finally loaded for me. From that engine shot, it very much looks like a turbo 4-banger. Looks like the manifold, inlet and outlet of a turbo. I don't see a second airbox, so doesn't looks like a V6 twin. It truely doesn't take a lot of beat a g35 so I wouldn't be suprised if it gives us a run for the money if not running away with our money.

And Hyundai have had a very big following in the tuner world. They're cheap which give much room for moding. You don't necesarily need a fast car to enter this market, just the rice rocket potential is enough to get people to spend money to mod.

Yes it looks like a I4 turbo mounted transverse. I couldn't be a V6 twin as you couldn't mount the 2nd turbo way up high like that on the other side (either in transverse or north/south)
