S2K's are so fast that their owners (worried about going to jail) forget to put on the parking brake when they go to court.

 

I wonder what a stop s2k would do against a stock '07 G35S?

i've beaten a modded s2k and i'm stock. They are nice cars but its not easy to drive them.. you really gotta be a good driver to push it to its limit.

Depends on the year of the s2k, but under 60 it would be damn close. The G would prevail on the top end on a straight road. Take it to some turns and the S will pull ahead again. Just depends what you're looking for in a race.

 

Interesting opinion. I personally think the G tranny was designed for comfort and slow driving and is much harder to shift smoothly at high rpms. Shifting the S was much easier for me. Short throw, smooth gear changes....mmmm....

Stock '07 G35S = 306-hp 3.5-liter 24-valve V6 engine

It amazes me that a car like that (roughly the same price market), with less "on paper" power, would still be able to hang with a car that has roughly 69 more ponnies. I suppose I have no clue when it comes to stuff like that. Oh-well, going straight is only half the battle.
