Drove down from Harford County in MD to Passport in VA for service. Nothing spectacular, oil change and my driver side door lock was sticking. Jeff totally took care of me once again!

Got to Passport around 10:15AM, brought my own Mobil 1 synthetic for the oil change. Met with Jeff and noticed that Ryan Myers was gone. Seems he went to pursue another line of work unrelated to car repair/service. So best of luck to him. I asked Jeff if I could get a loaner for the afternoon since I had some errands to run (needed accessories for my Wii). He hooked me up with a 2007 G35X!!! Took the car and headed to Best Buy, while there Jeff called me up and asked me if I wanted the 60K service done. I told him I'd hold off. Drove back to the dealership and around 12:30 the car was washed and ready to go. The best part of it all was that even though my 4 yr warranty ran out back in November of '06, I had just crossed 60K miles and Jeff was able to get the door lock fixed under warranty for me!!!!

Most people think I'm nuts for driving 80+ miles to get the car serviced but when you get treated like that it's totally worth it! I don't know any of the other SAs at Passport but Jeff is definitely first-class in customer service!
