just driving around on Friday night, first cop stops me for speeding and illegal turn, about 10 mins later got another cop following me and pulls me over for tinted plate, clear sidemarker and no front Tag. Anyone here ever got problem with CP popo?

 

that jkust bad luck... and they are being an *** cause it was friday night... ill be down there tonight... hope i dont get pulled over for being tooooo stock...

The police here are a bunch of douchebags, although they are usually douchebags everywhere but they are especially stupid here in CP. I get to deal with them everyday cuz I live here. They'll pull you over for breathing, so yeah don't sweat it too much, there wasn't anything you could've done.

 

i won't take my car there ever again.. good looking out for G drivers

 

Sorry to hear, i've had a run in with CP cops back when i had my accord. The idiots thought it was smart to pull me over suspecting i was drinking when i was heading into frat roll!! Best thing to do in order to avoid cops around here is to give them one less reason to pull you over. I find that you can get away with clear market unless it'd blue blue and tint. But if they have 2-3 item to write you up for to make it worth their while, they'll flip the lights. I personally put my front plate on since they're pretty quick on that. Not sure why you have your plate tinted, but i'd imaging cops hate not having front plate or doing anything to obscure them front reading your plate. IMO this becomes a threat to them when they have trouble identifying you. Good luck

cp cops are just gay, but they do have to deal with drunk college kids all the time, so kinda feel for them :P
those are some bs tickets tho, just a bad run

 

thats sucks. I had some badluck myself this past friday night, i got my 2nd exhaust ticket near george mason.

 

i have a bunch of CCJS friends that became police officers, dealing with drunk college students is much easier than laying your life on the line in SE DC chasing after drug dealers and criminals.

 

I don't think your problem is with the CP Police Department. I think your problem is obeying the laws.
