people usually stay out later and do other things. but 7pm is fine. the early birds show up around 5:30-6pm.

No, he definately beat me....wasn't even close. He had 2 cars on me before I even looked away from the girl. I tried to catch up (all in fun) but wasn't going to happen until he let me. We both turned on to 29 and there was a damn cop at the bottom of the ramp. The guy in the white g35 saw him first and that got me to slow down. Seemed like a nice guy.
