HDR Pix of my G

was tooling around in Photoshop trying to create an HDR picture, and what better subject than my G

hehe .. its not too bad. Better then my first attempt. Try doing pics outside in direct sunlight or dark cloudy rain. Also, it looks like you weren't very still with your shots. Hold your breath while taking the exposures .... or tripod it if possible

HDR is pretty tricky. How many exposures did you take? What were your f stops?

yea that is such a sick picture makes me want to go drive my G, looks like something that would be in a video game with crazy graphics

thanks for the tips, yeah it didn't turn out quite how i wanted, but it was a first try and i was just trying it out...

it was 3 exposures 1 each at -2 0 +2 all at f 4.0

your pictures are sick though

Thats a good 'general setting. 3 exposures with 2 steps works well for most situations.

Try it again with a higher contrast scene. More drastic sunlight and shade. Also, if you havent already, check out Photomatrix. I usually use that to do the HDR merge then PS to put finishing touches on.
