avg costs for 30,000 mile maintenance??

Hey guys I was wondering what the average cost for the 30k mile maintenance. I already had the oil and fluids changed, brakes and rotors changed and tires swapped out recently. I called Jim Coleman and they were saying it was like $450 still... is that about right???

I dont think so. If have done all of that...I think the only thing left would be to change the cabin air filter and the rest would probably be a list of inspections (hoses, brakes, etc).

Sound kinda high

What you really need at 30k is the trans, and rear end fluid changed and an oil change. If you have done all of those things the only pieces left are usually optional like wiper blades and cabin air filters both of which are recomended every 15k. They also do all the "checks" which honestly don't get done half the time. The only other thing is a tire balance which if you just got yours put on you really don't need anyway.
Edit:Some places do induction services and coolant flushes but it is not required

ok yeah I will probably just have the fuel injectors cleaned , and flush the coolant and have them check anything else. Yeah i got the service engine soon light last night. At 40k I will probably have the cabin filter replaced.

Fuel injectors should never have to be cleaned if you run high test or any gas. They all claim to have detergents in them.Just another 50-75 bucks to the dealer or as someone said "stealer".

You can easily swap the cabin air filter. I think the dealer charges an arm and a leg for it (I wanna say $75+) but I swapped mine out in 10 minutes tops. You can get a filter at Autozone or Pep Boys for around $10. I think its the Puralator one.
