if you apologized already then he needs to get over himself.. hes a grown man and if he wants to act like a immature kid then im sure he cant get away from you in his slow *** minivan...
Beat him to it and put sugar in his gas tank (J/K). Not that I'm says it's good for your engine, but I saw a Myth Busters where they put sugar in a gas tank and nothing happened.
I keep on reading about people on here who live in the burn. I never see any of you guys (maybe one or two).

Even if your HR and his HR are different you have a working relationship. If that's the case I would at least relay it to yours if not BOTH HR depts. It's 2007, per the American (not Chinese) calendar, it's the year of CYA (Cover Your ***). Better safe and have some kind of documented 'trail' than none at all.
I guess it's a matter of how both of you are looking at the incident.
In theory, when changing lanes, the vehicle changing lanes must yield to any vehicle already in the lane.
No idea what happens if both vehicles are changing at the same time. Does the vehicle in front would have right of way? (Kinda like skiing, the skiier further downhill has right of way...)
So if you were already in the lane before the van changed lanes, he is supposed to yield to you.
However, it's easy for him to say nobody was in the lane just as easy as it is for you to say you were fully in the lane before he tried changing lanes.
Maybe all cars should have front and rear cameras recording all the time...
Either way, (1) tell him that threatening you was very childlike and (2) tell him that on most newer vehicles, like the G35, the gas doors are locked to prevent idiots like him from doing dumb things like that
