I like it...It could have been a lot more like the concept, but what do you expect for under $45k. If I was looking to own the perfect super car, I wouldn't have bought a G. For the price, I think the new G will still turn heads and be a chick magnet just like our current ones. I think I'll be making that purchase come August.

I dunno, it seem like the G got more mature, more so how the IS300 went from sporty sedan to a more GS-ish luxury sedan. Same thing with the G, its definitely more M-ish than it is a G. I think it looks more sophisticated than it is sporty, might just be me. If anything, it'd be more of a MILF magnet than it is a chick magnet.

Not a fan of it. IMHO they had it perfect where styling was concerned and ruined it.

ever since they came out with the redesign altima (not current, but previous), I honestly don't understand why the Maxima was still around? The new altima is rated at 270hp, no joke. Looks a lil funky though, but i think i'll get used to it.

3. 19" wheels which I would hope they'll be forged. However, I still prefer '05-'07 19" wheels.
4. I'm on the fence regarding the front end. I like the L-shaped projector headlights but not feeling the grill just yet.
5. Its body design is more circular which is ok. I am looking forward to seeing it in person and make a final decision about its body contours.

I do not like the following:
1. The cosmetic chrome plated piece on the trunk.
2. It looks higher off the ground. I estimate it will be 56" in height.
3. I believe Caranddriver or MT stated its curb weight will be around 3600lbs. Too bad its gained about 80lbs or so over its predecessor. It looks porky(lol). It sort of makes sense that it would gain weight because like the Z, every model year change there is a gain in weight.
4. From certain picture angles, it looks like a Lexus.

Overall, I like the g37 and give it a thumbs up! If I did not get my g35 last summer, I might have bought a g37 this August. However, I think I'll keep my g35 and not sell it because the '03-'07 coupes have a unique and sexy design.

I agree , it looks bulky and heavy. The front and grill look strange. Why did the interior have to look so much different from the concept. The interior is ok .I don't think i would step up to this though. The cars are too close. I guess now we must see what the skyline looks like.
