are there any local MD guys willing to meet up somewhere to all ride down together and meet up with the VA guys? areas such as bowie, upper marlboro, crofton, millersville, severna park, annapolis, columbia, glen burnie, or baltimore. (or any others I missed out on).

 

we usually meet at the Ikea parkinglot in College park right off the 495 exit in the past.

well a few of us can meet in Columbia before going to IKEA if you want. I'm about 5 min from the mall

 

I am so siked for this meeting, will be nice to meet you guys for the first time.

 

Just a word of caution (I know I'm always the downer) but too many meeting spots really just leads to lagging behind unless you plan to meet up pretty early. I think the VA time is already early enough and with so many people its going to be hard to manage the group with so many meeting points. I'd probably just have 1 or 2 max for MD meetup spot (maybe just have Ikea at College Park). I was going to maybe suggest even Cabin John in Bethesda and then roll up to Northern VA. Its up to you guys.

 

I agree!! IKEA should be the only meeting spot for MD G's. Perhaps Cabin John's folks can meet and roll to VA as a group and not necesarily wait for the IKEA folks to come up there.


I don't know what the Z folks are doing, but there's a good crowd of them north of 495 so I know they're all probably going to meet at the Walmart in columbia and roll down. So i would check my350z for anybody in Howard County or north if you want to roll with a group.
