Aight, Theres A Time Slot Open For Sunday From 6pm To 8pm, Which Covers A Sprint Heat Race Or A Team Race Or Just Arrive And Drive.

Now The Sprint Heat Is $80 Per Person Which Is A Grand Prix Of A Couple Races And You Earn Point And Qualify For Position Type Deal, And Theres A Trophy At The End For The Winner. So There Is Proof Of Whose The Baddest On The Track.

The Team Race Is One Long *** Race $90 Per Person For 120 Laps, 2 Teams Which Switch Off Every 15 Laps And This Holds Up To 16 People On The Track At A Time. So If We Have 20 People, Thats Two Teams Of 10 And 5 Will Race From Each Team Will Race At A Time.

If We Do The Arrive And Drive Then Thats $24.5o For Two 8 Min. Races. Its A Two For One Deal Going On Right Now.

Also, If We Reserve The Track For One Of The Other Two Type Of Races, I Will Fill Out And Fax Over The Reservation Form And A 100% Payment For The Races, That Means Everybody Has To Pay Up To Reserve It. Its Up To You Guys On What You Want To Do. I Say We Just Go And Arrive And Drive But There Is A Chance That The Track May Get Reserved By Someone Else.

Damn Reservations At This Place Suck A$$.

I say arrive and drive. An minute race seems a lot longer than it is. After the second race your pretty worn out.

 

aight if nobody speaks up by tomorrow, then the date is off until later this year when you ***** can get out and do something.

 

Sounds like a big operation to pull this together. it's tough to organize things here . when you poll for interest, everybody raises their hands. After you do your research and get prices and it's time to sign up and pay..silence . Good luck setting this up, it sounds like a lot of fun.

Hey, this is Jessie at Allsports. Just wanted to let you guys know that another car club is interested in this time as well. Right now it's down to whoever gets the reservation form in first since the only time slot open is from 6-8.

Just a suggestion... if a decent amount of you are definitely coming then maybe one of you can use their credit card to hold the deposit. I can charge you all at the counter once you get here and reimburse the original credit card once I have everyone's payments. That way you don't have to go after everyone for money yourself.

Yep, reservations suck, I know. Although if we don't do it this way we would have WAY too many people cancelling or rescheduling.. then we lose money. That is no good for us. Sorry guys. We want your money so we are guaranteed that you will come!

ALLSPORTS RACING FORMATS


1. Mini Grand Prix: The grand prix format consists of two separate races and is based off of professional Formula One racing. The first race session is a 25 lap qualifying race were drivers set out to complete the single fastest lap time overall. The fastest lap time set during each drivers qualifying session will determine their starting grid position for the main race. The second session is a 40 lap main race for position; this race determines the overall winner.

Cost: $85 per driver
Duration: about 1h 30m
Suitable for: 8-11 people


2. Sprint Heat Racing: They're structured as a series of short races, or "heats." Each heat fields a limited number of drivers, who board the karts in the pit area, then merge onto the track for a warm-up lap and a standing grid start. The race concludes with a cool-down lap and pit stop. Our MAGIX Timing System assigns drivers to different heats and different places in the field-front, back, and middle-so you'll have a chance to compete against a variety of other drivers. Each driver is guaranteed 5 races. The timing system keeps track of points earned in each heat to determine the overall winner.

Cost: $80 per driver
Duration: about 1h 45m
Suitable for: 12-20 people


3. Team Endurance Racing: Team racing is setup as a 120-lap endurance race, were drivers are first divided up into teams and teams are assigned a single go-kart. Throughout the endurance race there will be mandatory driver changes that happen "live" as the race is running, normally every 15-20 laps. Drivers on track must pull back into the “pits” and swap out with a teammate. Teams must create a driver line-up and pit strategy. The first team to complete the 120-lap race is the winner.

Cost: $90 per driver
Duration: about 2h 30m
Suitable for: 16+ people


All events require drivers to wear full safety gear (helmets, race suits, and gloves), and attend a mandatory safety briefing where the race guidelines are covered. Trophies will be provided for the top 3 drivers/teams depending on the event.

wow he found us....maybe i shouldn't have revealed my identity over the phone hmmm? lol just kidding. nah thats cool jessie, thanks for the input but now the problem lies as who the hell is coming? nobody is speaking up and i've heard plenty of you ask and wait for this for months now. i don't get it, i know i'm tight on the track and all but yall don't have to get puss on me...lol i know i know aight i'll stop. but fa real now, if you want to go let me know NOW! we have to reserve the spot.

 

welcome to NGC..haha j/k..i'd push this idea for a later time since it involve getting the money together in such a short period. You need to plan this well in advance in order to collect all the money up front, then if they flake out, it's their lost, not yours.

I didn't find you on purpose. I was just checking out the people who had been looking at the Allsports page and saw that some people linked to us from this page...

Agree that it's alot of money to come up with in a short period of time. That's the problem that the other people are having. For all I know, I may not get a reservation from either of you and everyone can just come and pay for Arrive and Drive sessions. Who knows? You may be racing with some Mazda drivers as well.
