NAH MAN! See, I didn't mean it as in a classic for hip hop in general. Cuz that sh|t is far from real hip hop on so many levels. I judge music on many different categories.

For ex:

best West coast album: Chronic 2001

Concious rap (aka real hip hop): there are so many #1's ...common, talib, mos def, kanye.

Rebel music: Dead Prez and the many non maintstream/underground artists you never hear about.

gangsta rap: Styles P - A gangsta and a gentelman, but there are many more great ones like, Scarface, Eazy E

i mean the list just goes on. (insert many more categories here)

But my point was I actually went out and BOUGHT young jeezy's first album and I gotta say, I'm definately not dissapointed. I usually regret paying for cd's b/c sometimes there's only a few good songs and the rest is garbage layed ontop of some beats. But I must say, its on blast in the coupe in heavy rotation.
