As the title states, got 2 (yes 2) of those fvcking speed camera tickets on New York Avenue off 50W. Well I think I got 2. I got the first one in the mail this weekend and I'm expecting the other one next weekend.

I got the first one on the 10th on my way to Passport. Thing was I didn't know I got one that day or else I would've avoided it (by slowing down) the next time I went on the 18th to meet a friend at Shelly's Back Room in DC. The first time was in the late morning so I didn't see the flash go off. I didn't know DC had these yet and the Passport 8500 went off but I just either wasn't paying attention or dismissed it as a false alarm (I'm dumb). The second time the same thing happened but this time I saw the flash of the camera go off.

Well I know for next time and I know not to dismiss any "false" alarms in DC anymore. Fvckers!

 

Dont feel bad, I got one while driving my gf's car. It's like $50. Cant believe you didnt see the bright flash.

 

i feel you on that...i saw one flash me 2 weeks ago on New york ave (NW) ...but nothing in the mail yet.

I have a tab running with DC...soo many unpaid tickets. I wonder what the consequences are?
