NGC Shrimp Eating Contest wed Oct 4th
all you can eat shrimp eating contest, winner eats for free. his meal, (only including the price of the shrimp) will be covered by the rest of us. (2-3 bucks extra perperson i imagine)
Next MD happy hour = wed Oct 4th at Red Lobsters, Silver Spring MD. (this is closer for VA folks than hardtimes cafe, college park).

to make it more interesting would you guys like to do something like... winner eats for free (we will only pay for the endless shrimp, not drink and deserts or appetizer) .. it should be only like 2-3 bucks extra for the non-winners.

My declining and aging metabolic rate says no.
My incessant craving for transfat and oil soaked breading says yes.
Unfortunately, I will be getting ready for an out of town trip that day. How's that for noncommittal?
