Eh, first problem with that is that you can't have any plate covers in MD (not sure about VA) which sucks b/c I would get one but I also think that thing probably doesn't work. Secondly that article said that new laser guns now take the speed reading through the windshield not just the plate...boo!

^i think you missread the article...it can get a reading through the cops windshield not the speeder....the beam would just go through.....they still have to use it against the plate or headlamp assembly...And for the plate cover oh well just a thought... i can still get veil paint and put it ont he liscence plate.

I'm in MD and I have a front plate cover. It's a clear one and not those ridiculous tinted ones. From reading this article, I think I'm going to hurry up and paint my grill black and black out my headlights. It probably won't help much but some is better than none.

Oops! I did misread the article...f*ck you very much Glen

I'm surprised that you get away with the front plate cover...then again I'm surprised I get away with NO front plate! *knocks on wood*

Yeah mine is just above my rearview mirror, the bottom edge of it just sticks out below the tint strip at the top of the window. I've taken pics of the car from the outside and you can't see it in the photos. And Brian if you remember correctly when we were sitting in the parking lot, you couldn't see it either, you had to stick your ginormous noggin into my car to see it.
