Interesting find, thought i think the sways are good enough. Plus the trunk is already tiny as is and I would hate to even take up more space by putting a bar in the middle..hehe

I think the underside sways should be suffiecient. You probably wouldnt notice much difference; and there is a such thing as being too stiff.
