I have to go test out my car because of what happen on the dyno day. The people who stay late know what i'm talking about.

 

I heard about this from Brian..haha "$100K" and that's all he got? DAMNN. When are you going. I'd like to set up something for like a weekday, perhaps Wed. or so after HH or something. Weekend are bad for me and it's probably more crowded. Let me know, i been waiting to take the G down the 1/4. I might need a couple of you to push it to the finish though

Friday nights used to be test and tune .

 

Well, it's only 20 bucks to run from 5-10 at capitol every friday. If we be there around 530...we should get a couple runs in before all the other. We should be done around 7 and head back. Today is not too hot and currently looking pretty good.

I need a helmet if someone can let me borrow it...

 

Any other weekday? I can't do Friday. Unless I get advance notice and atleast not until Sept for me.

You need a helmet? What does your car run in the 1/4? I though helmets were for cars 13.0 seconds or less and harnesses were for like 10.0 seconds or less.

13.99 or less requires a helmet,i think 11.99 and les requires a roll cage.a couple of the z guys and a new evo with mods will be ther tonight.

 

11.5 or faster requires a roll cage. Anyways, just got back like an hour ago. It was really fun hanging out and running my car with Arjuns. Arjuns ran a 14.5 and I did a new best of 11.92. Going back again to try to get it down to 11.7. You guys should've come out with us...bastards

 

Yup i got 14.5 ... i was gettin crazy wheel spin on the track ... i didnt launch right for one ... and the one time that i launched perfect i thought .... i bounced off the rev limiter ... both 1st and 2nd.

My very first race... was with a Honda Accord coupe i believe. This is my first time at the track .. so i'm being very careful and cautious about everything .. that i missed the green light completely.. i totally fcukked up .. .... i take off slowly and then gun it .. after the accord was 2 or 3 car lengths in front of me ... and i managed to catch up and pull of a 15.5 .. beatin the accord by .1 something seconds ... i caught him right at the finish line.
Oh yeah .. i got a Super charged mustang GT off the line .. and i stayed ahead till end of 2nd gear ... after that he just pulled on me .. like i was stopped.. but still..
I almost lost to a modded VW GTI .. who was running 14's.... but i won! that **** was quicck..
I beat a muscle car .. YUP ... he missed a gear ..and i beat him .. he was supposed to run high 12's ...
and yeah Mason back fires ... and its crazy!! .. haha .... he almost put the guy .... who controls the lights on fire... the guy had to jump to get outta the way of the flames .. lol
yeah thats about it...

 

One more thign .. my last two runs .. i had no rev limiter ... i reved up to 7000 rpm ... no joke ... and that actually slowed me down ... i just lost my rev limiter .. but on the way home ... i checked if it was back .. and its back.. haha
