john, glad to see you filling out the form.. if i were the rest of you guys i would DEF. fill this paper out. at least it will make an incident and the PIGs name will be on record for acting stupid. when a PIG makes a mistake he'll think he was right doing what he did UNLESS they record it and notify him of this and hopefully PREVENT this kinda thing from happening again...i think ALL you guys who were there should fill in this form just for devon. i think i saw him being tossed onto the car just b4 i left ....

guys you need to be worried about this kinda thing...too many stories i read (mostly in cali and FL) about cops who abuse power beat ppl up sometimes/rarely kill a innocent person all b/c they have a bad day or just b/c they feel above the law. nobody is above the law...not even the law...

Thats BS. If they never tested you how do they know you were drunk? You guys really should file a complaint, it will go on his record, and I believe they have to investigate if a complaint is filed. It will definitely look a lot better if a bunch of you who were there file complaints as well.
