thats why its priceless to have a good attorney...even better if your good/best friend is an attorney. i wouldve told the cop to give me the 'reckless' citation, then i wouldve told him that we both know it wont hold up in court. and i would've hit him w/ the tony montana 'jou got nothing on me, you know it and i know it. i got hte best lawyers in miami, and tomorrow jou gonna be workin in alaska...so dress warm!'

i hate the fact that cops think they can get away with it all. thats why i wish i had a lawyer best friend....i wouldve sued the cop then i wouldve made sure he'd be working at superfresh bagging groceries for the rest of his life.

Man, I am just reading this and all I can say is that is Focked up. I dont know everything cuz I wasnt there, but from what I read...it seems like that cop was just being an azzhole. If he got you for "drunk in public" w/o any type of test...I think you should take out your branding iron and tattoo this PIG and then make some good ol maple flavored bacon out of his azz. Hopefully you dont run into that PIG again.

I know I wasnt there, but the one thing that is not explained is what was actually said to make the PIG act like an azzhole. I read something about Bruce laughing and then Devon being taken away...how did it escalate to that point?

 

this is interesting, i dont know any of yall but i would like to hear the story ..... on another note it would end up costing you a lot more to try and file a lawsuit and sue the pig then it would to just take it to court and fight it which w/ all these witnesses you have you could deff. win
