No limited slip in the Cayman S = teh lose
Seriously though, if you added limited slip it would have def beat the evo. No doubting the evo gets you great bang for the buck though.

lets be honest...this is what it all comes down to. seriously...i can build a car from scratch that can be faster than a production car. but the bottom line is this...end of the day what would you rather own??
would you rather own a 150k-200k lamborghini murcielago/ferrari 360 spider or an evo/sti?? A 911TT or a 9-10 sec civic hatchback ?? cmon guys..no brainer..
i rest my case, end of the day an evo is an evo and the porsche is a porsche....which will net you more looks?? which is more $$ and more luxurious??

^^yes this is soooo true. I might get beat by an evo in a race, but at the end of the day....which one of us is most likely to get Roadhead!!!

Unless you're stoplight-drag-racing all day, the Evo is just too much of an ugly duckling to live with, and all it's going to attract for attention is a herd of ricers followed by a convoy of cops.

If you want the real deal, not everyone would pick a G over an Evo if it were free. Some people are diehard rally drivers or enthusiest. Some people just actually like a lighter FI'd 4 banger!
