In PA, the police don't even have to clock you using radar or VASCAR, they can simply ticket you if they "feel" that you were not driving the posted limit.
Edit: Forgot that this requires the LEO's "honesty" or lack thereof

Dude I've seen that black GT around. You're talking about 29 N, right before the 32 exit right? Where there's this hill where the cops pick ppl off at from the bottom? haha I always see ppl lined up there :P
I had that Mustang at my work before........The Sgt. that patrols my area brought it over to let me check it out....very stealth......light bar is under the rear spoiler, and there is lights in the dark tint strip towards the top of the rear window along with lights on the passenger side front windsheild. The Sgt. told me the car sucks ***, but it's great for tickets, the officer that normally checks the car out has the highest amount of "High Speed" tickets in the dept. The day he had it , he was on his way to my office and this guy blew by him on his right crossed 2 lanes (no signal) then sped off. He sped up and gave him 3 tickets!!!

^ LOL damn, thats the reason when I play with someone on the road, (for the most part) I wait for them to taunt me first doing something illegal heh.
When I had my RSX back in South Carolina, an undercover revved at me at a light and took off from the light and I did the same actually taking him by a car and just as I did that, he lit me up. He knew it was entrapment, we laughed it off and he let me go. I have never been so lucky in my life.

The whole ticket/court thing turned out pretty well. I got the points knocked down to 2, and my liscence is not going to get suspended, but it is going to be limited to work/church related things... and I cannot be out after 11pm 
, also got the fees knocked down to slightly over 1400$, definitely worth hiring the lawyer 
now I cannot get a moving violation for 10 months, or my liscence is suspended on the spot ...
BTW, Rocsfinest, do you live by fairland library? I saw your car in my friend's neighborhood. Do you know Dan Paek? small world dude :P

shoot, 2 points is a blessing and 10 months of provisional liscene is nothing. Like Devon said, money can be made, and plus, Jim looks like he's loaded anyways.. I'd recomend staying low key, if possible put back on your stock rims and take the HKS off. It will always draw unwanted attention. Just a though, good luck on the next 10 months.
