AnInconvenientTruth: Film on global warming

I really want to see this film. I have wanted to bring into perspective the effects we have had on the earth dealing with global warming for some time. Just the previews for the movie bring to light some interesting facts and/or scientific theories of what will happen if this trend continues. The Glaciers and ice masses north of us are depleting. It was crazy to see what would happen to many of the nations if we were to lose those masses.

If you have a few minutes, find the trailer for the movie and take a look.

Here is the quicktime version

Let me know what you think. I know some of you may think its all propoganda, but I dont think the seriousness of the matter is. I know im no green thumb hugging trees. I know that things need to change and I doubt they will in time.

I have always been a fan of movies depicting great natural disasters and what the earth was like and will be over time. It's just a weird fact knowing that this one hits closer to home.

I congratulate your daughter on her field of study. Thats definitely an eye opening field.
