Hey guys.
So I've done quite a bit of track mods for my car and have gotten to the next stage of getting seats/belts/harness bar. I've done some research and it seems the Bride Exas III and the Status Ring seats seem to be my size. Anyone have any experience with either?

If I'm going with Bride for the seat I would probably go with a Cusco Racing harness. Possibly the Takata Formula harness because it relocates the crotch belts through D rings on the lap belt for no hardware between your legs. Status makes their own harnesses, so I'd go with theirs if I got their seat. Probably end up going with a 6 point harness too. Anyone have experience with either harnesses or the brands? Also, seems that Wedge Engineering would be the seat bracket to go with.

Lastly, has anyone bought a harness bar for a G37S? I've only seen universal kits being used on the 37, but I saw NRG Innovation make a 47" or 49" bar that is compatible with the 350Z/G35. Not sure about the G37.

 

I have the Status Ring. For the money, I would suggest it as they are fully customizable. You can get a ton of different color/stitching/material options in comparison to the Bride seats.


I got a deal on the Status 5 pt cam lock harnesses too so I got those as well. For a harness bar almost any universal will work as long as it fits seat belt to seat belt across the width of the car.
