G37 quarter At the strip

What's up guys, kinda a Noob to this forum but I've been searching forums trying to figure out fastest g37 quarter mile time (sedan /coupe )(turbo/supercharged) w vine stock motor And forged motor?
I picked up a 37x as my daily to my race car and in typical fashion got bored and decided to piece together a turbo kit, I'm going to run gtm manifolds, the 28r's , haven't decided if I'm gonna keep internal gates or throw 2 tial 38's, bone stock motor, Bosch 044 , 1000'cc inj. Uprev, auto tranny(paddle shift) .
Any forced induction guys ran e85 w uprev? If not I'll just stick to 93. I will update this thread over few weeks w pictures and what not of the build , as in waiting to get everything b4 I pull this thing apart , don't think I'll be able to drive the supra in this wonderful NY weather .

So far after searching only boosted run I've seen w stock motor is the 1 from vinnyten 11.8. Not sure if that's fastest stock motor pass .
Feel free to post links to any runs w sedan's/coupes

Hey Kevin,

I'm running a similar setup right now, tuned and dyno'd on e85 with UpRev putting down a little over 500AWHP. My passes haven't been good due to my transmission sh*tting the bed. Still having issues getting the transmission corrected and up to par. Let me know if you have any questions!

Ah The Shop in CT rules they tuned my 08 STI I miss that car. JR is an awesome tuner but don't think he's there anymore.

Oh yea, hmmmm what are you running , awd/rwd auto/manual coupe/sedan?
I'm running a sedan x w paddle I mean I know cars a pig but 500hp good tires auto, so little room for error . I can't see not running a low 11 pass . What tranny issues were you having? Did you actually break the tranny, or slipping clutch ..

I figure a real mild stutter box (no need to anti lag , shouldn't have any issues spooling the 28's from a dig, And won't be so hard on tranny .

im just missing few pieces, as soon as I get them I'm gonna start posting pics w a build thread , I'll be damned if I can't put this thing low 11's lol. I'm gonna look into valve upgrade for tranny I was reading they say that's a must

Hmmm sounds like he had that stage 1 gtm kit,,
I'm gonna run something very similar but I'm gonna run 1000cc's and a Bosch instead , and think I'm gonna go external gates, and I'm very familiar w the shop out in ct they tuned a few of my friends car. I remember big al days lol.
I wonder what kinda boost he was running to make 537 on an auto tranny impressive if it is a stock motor , sounds dangerous lol

You spun an AWD till 3rd gear @ 500whp on a drag strip? Something doesn't add up man.

I'm running an AWD coupe with the 7A/T. I stripped the clutch packs at first so the transmission was slipping like crazy until it died. After getting upgrades/built transmission I cannot get the tuning right with the new transmission. Hopefully soon.

I think ANMVQ was talking about Coop's G with the specifications.

Lol i think he said he had just a regular S, Not Xs,
Id love to see an AWD tranny that could spin 3 gears and not look like swiss cheese.

Oh wow are our tranny's that weak?

Did that happen on the launch or while on the pass?

I spoke with the guys that made that 11.8 pass on their x sedan 7A/T
They just basically rolled it out. and still made that 11.8 pass.
If im not mistaken he was only running about 8psi on 93 making mid 4's.

Yup 412 WHP and 19's Spun all the way, "IF" I can find the vid I'll post it .Wifie was talking them, I took them off youtube when I sueing Infiniti. But remember our X cars are only AWD when the rears slip and then the Tcase shuts off at like 18 MPH. So basically RWD :/ I spun and hit the reve limiter almost everytime , 5 Passes before the heat soak,

The clutch packs went during a few hard launches over time. If I could get power to the ground I'm sure I could break into the 11's.

If I can launch it good and feather the throttle I can get low 12s. GTM twin turbo 6MT car. I'm wondering how anyone can get 11.3, is that 7AT tranny built or what?

I'm finally going to get my G37 turbo to the track. Finished the build in November but havent had a chance to take the car to the track. Never been to the track with the car so it Should be fun. My last dyno pass was 678 whp/623ft tq and maxed the turbo out at 13.5 lbs. I want to see what it does before i go ahead and go to a larger turbo.
