There was an interesting press release at the season ending-GP in Brazil today. While Ferrari did their best to get Frenando Alonso his third World Driving title, Red Bull's Seb Vettel ended up capitalizing on his points lead to take his third title instead. Here's the release:

"Infiniti, the premium automotive brand, and Red Bull Racing, the three-time FIA Formula One Constructors’ World Champion, today announced a comprehensive extension of their partnership originally established in March 2011. The partnership will involve the team name changing to INFINITI RED BULL RACING and Infiniti named as the major technical partner starting with the 2013 Formula One season."

This is probably a win/win solution for both Red Bull Racing (RBR) and Infiniti. Since RBR uses Renault engines and is part of the Nissan/Renault alliance, it's probably not a big investment by Infiniti to upgrade their standing. I expect to see more Infiniti-developed technology, including specialized Li-ion batteries and scratch shield paint (among others) being used on RBR F1 cars starting next year.
