OK now i just dont understand why g35coupe owners and other people say that the g37 isnt much faster then the g35 coupe... i can see where they're coming from when they say that we only have a like 40 more hp an like the same tq but are heavier so they say that it makes up for it...but the g37 is proving to be quite the beast running from 13.4's which ive just seen to roughly 13.7's and 14.0's.. noww when I use to go on g35 forums i herd that if you wanted to break 13's you must have forced induction... soo why does every g35 driver who sees myy car say oh nicee car but were still like the same speed??

I do not get the hate i sill love the g35's I love the whale tail spoiler. way nicer than ours.

 

cause it is nice, just because our 0-60 time or 1/4 times are similar doesn't make our car bad? did you really want to buy a faster car? why didn't you go with an evo or sti? those are hella fast!

 

the G35 C owners have not turned to the dark side, that's the problem. it's them not us...lol

 

I love the g35 coupes I'm not saying which car I think it better because I love both cars an think they are both very sleek and sexy with a nice amount of power... I was just saying I don't know where these g35 drivers get their info from saying that these cars are basically the same thing speed wise.. but like I said both cars have been proven to be pretty different on the strip where as the g37s are mid to high 13's which is very respectable while the g35 cant break 13's from what I could understand they run an average of 14.6's give or take.. and id say 13.7 to a 14.6 is a nice difference wouldn't you?? and i know these numbers aren't exactly accurate because everyone runs differently down the track I'm just trying to grab each cars to average numbers or pretty close to it lol I dunno maybe I'm just over thinking it for no reason

 

i like the whale tail spoiler better as well....

 

andd just to throw this out there if the G37 can run a 13.4 it shouldn't have a problem taking an evo or sti from any kind of roll... because thats around what 335is and old m3s run!! lol

I've owned a G35 sport coupe too - it was very fast, but definitely not as quick on take off. I think some current G35 owners are just a little jealous - we are the "new and improved" model of their car.

my bro has a g35, and its true g37 is not much faster than a g35, just slightly, when we rolled from 30 miles, he was dead even with me
