OPEN TRACK RACING

A event is scheduled for September 17, 2008on the big track at Willow Springs. This event will be run in the same fashion as all previous events

They will have three run groups, beginner, intermediate and advanced. Each run group will get (5) 30 minute run sessions totaling 2 1/2 hours of track time.

For all newbie's or people who want to attend, we will have classroom instruction followed by on-track instruction.

As always, all paid participants will get an all you can eat BBQ lunch and an OPEN TRACK RACING duffle bag. The price for this event is $155 14 days prior to the event the price goes up to $170, and the day of the event the price goes up to $205.

People don't buy G37 to race it on a track.. They freeway race and then post about how they supposedly smoke a Civic on the 405.. Going to the tracks? You kidding me. haha. We'll get burned..

Its open to all cars. try to make it man you will have a blast!

 

Went to Redline's track event in Fontana, CA a few months back..The G with some bolt ons and a reflash does very well on the track. I wish the little street racers would show up there instead of reving their engines and gunning their car for about 20 seconds....blowing their wad and feeling like they just won a race. Sorry, they bug me.

 

Anyway, thanks for the info. theGhost. I saw on their website that "opentracking" has another event in November. I am going to try and make that one.

sunday is packed with s2k and miatas. but friday and saturday are very empty in comparison.
