How do you dump it?

what up guys, everyone here knows ima noobie to the 6sp. Now im wondering how to start off from the dig, the fastest way.. which i believe is dumping the clutch.. im not sure wha to rev up to.. traction on or off.. or wha i do once i dump it.. floor it etc etc...

this are all think i just wanna kno just incase anything creeps up.. i want to get to kno the power the 37 has.. im yet to unleash my beast. lol all help would be greatly appreciated.

Be ready to spin like CRAZY if you do that.. ^ feathering works much better just make sure you dont have the RPMS to high or youl be smelling an un pleasant smell after

Yeah you want as little spin off the line as possible while still gettting the most power. Start a little light and then push through after car is moving and clutch is totally disengaged.

i dont understand guys.. feather the gas or the clutch? what rpm sound i realese clutch? please be exact.. thanks anyways thou keep them coming

try dumping the clutch @ 4000 rpm's and see if the tires spin, if not your good, if so then dump it a little earlier than that.....Practice! Basically, just play around and get a feel of it till you get the perfect launch

i hate practicing thou.. i practied the other night and i sound like i ****ed up.. like i got nervous and let off the gas as i realesd the clutch and it like jerked really harsh i got pissed and didnt try it agiann.. like wha should i do after i dump it? like floor it or shift.. i need to kno all these lil things lol bc i hate doing something wrong in my car sounds like **** and hurts my feeling

floor it after you dump it... if you go to 4K you will need to feather the CLUTCH out... not dump it

Well, thats the only way you are gonna get better my friend...practice makes perfect! Just be careful though, you will eventually get it.

You cant Dump the clutch... its not a civic...
Feather the clutch means to slowly pull you foot back and letting it engaged slower than Dumping it.

You can dump the clutch, yes even if its not a civic, you will probably end up spinning the tires though so the best method would be to feather the clutch for the best launch. Keep practicing!
