I haven't seen anything but from running 13.8s-.9s in my G35 consistantly I can only assume 13.5-.6 would be a good guess. AT BTW.

lowest time was actually posted on bimmer fest....13.75

Kahboom on this board already posted his time slip of 13.78 on an auto...

i think 13.6 someday will be possible, in the best possible conditions, with a great car and driver....i already posted a stock 07 G35 sedan getting 13.5s...

Beating up on Cobalts at 2000 feet above sea, not bad. You've probably got the highest elevation run here. I wonder if the thinner air is harder for the G37 to launch given its weight?

Yep higher elevations probably made a difference in this one. I am down not far from sea level. And the track is even closer to sea level.

You are assuming 13.5-6 based on what? That the G37 has 30hp more than the G35? Did you forget that it also weights 150lbs more?

G37s lb per hp 11.263
G35 lb per hp 11.825

Looks to me like the G37 is actually the "lighter one".

3717lb 330hp > 3524lb 298hp

I guess that would assume that it scales that way. I don't know either way, but I'd bet that the "performance" varies above and below certain ratios. Someone who actually knows will have to answer that one ;D

I somewhat agree, but the G37 is a much better performer off and on the track.
