I ran Circuit Werks with an O2 spacer and no CEL. Now I have ART pipes and also do not have CEL.

What ones would you recommend? Guessing you didn’t like the Circuit Werks why you changed them out?

I didn't have any problems with the Circuit Werks, but ART pipes gives a different sound. It deepens it. This was pair with a Motordyne exhaust also. The Circuit Werks also still had the notorious VQ hiss on decel. the ART pipes didn't.

Just also wanted to add, ART won't fit AWD cars.

Couple of things to unpack here. The ART pipes have Hemholtz resonators which eliminates that hiss. You can add another resonator to your set-up to rid yourself of any hiss from the Circuit Werkss TPs, which is what I did.

As for the CEL, a tune will not fix your issues at the OBD2 testing site. My tuner explained to me that they can eliminate the CEL by turning off the sensor with the Uprev or ECUtek software. This will cause a fail at the testing site because the sensor will show as 'unreadable'. If you do pop a CEL after installing TPs, you'll need to run a spacer. I threw a CEL after the Circuit Werks were on; after installing a spacer I was good to go.

My opinion (for what it's worth) is to go with the ART pipes and be done with it. They'll sound great without any modification and you can pair with a name brand cat-back and be done with it. Personally, the all Motordyne set-up is the best sounding system but I couldn't justify the $2k+ set-up.

Just get nice gaskets (+) RTV red Liquid Gasket and call it a day. I'd still go with the ART pipes if cost wasn't an issue. My whole set-up is frankenstein'd together and was about $900 total; so it was hard for me not to go that route since I had a couple other 'life' events going on. I did all the welding myself so if that's not something available/do-able for most folks, my set-up would probably run into the $1,200-1,400 range.

Yah I never used those crappy gaskets that came with my exhaust. I just reused factory ones. Do you have a link on who sells good gaskets?
Yah my current set up was okay for the moment for 500 bucks,Top Speed Y Pipe with Beluga Racing axle back.Gave it nice sound but figured I’d redo it all and start from Removing the cats with some test pipes and go from there on back.
I found some slightly used Fast Intentions resonated Test pipes. Half the price of Art would those be allright or just go with Art pipes. I’m be making a decision later this week

I believe I just picked up Steel/metal gaskets from Z1 or something. The FI High flow cats would be a great pick up as well.
