Tuning

I'm running into some issues with my car. I had my car tuned a couple weeks back. And I'm wondering if anyone has encountered their car losing power in the 7000-8000rpm range. Idk what to do to make that power keep rising like all the other gs and zs. Could it be an issue of having stock headers? Injectors? Spark plugs? Or something else if you have any idea please help me out with some suggestions

this is a video of my dyno run. Realized I never got a video or picture of the graph. But the graph showed exactly what the screen says https://youtu.be/8vQ7t2R-Dvo
