Weird beam pattern after changing bulbs

So i replaced the OEM bulbs in my 09 G37x Sedan.

Last week i got Morimoto xb35's which were supposed to be compatible with 09 ballasts...but they would just randomly turn off and and sometimes flicker.

Yesterday I replaced the morimoto's with Osram CBI bulbs. The bulbs are definitely brighter and don't flicker or shut off, but the beam pattern is not right.

it seems like the headlights project light toward the left side and the beam is not even.

Is there any way to adjust this? I thought the bulbs only went in one way so i'm not sure if i should pull them back out and reinstall.

Checked the bulbs today and the passenger side bulb was in the wrong position. The ceramic tube was at 12 o clock. Ill test it out tonight after it gets dark.
