6MT JSOLO spring

Hello all ! First off, i would like to thank Gio37 for supplying me with his Jsolo spring. i was wondering, before i go through the installation, if you guys truly recommend i do this ? What benefits do you get from this spring ? Any cons ? If you guys can link me another thread that would answer all my questions than that'd be great so i don't waste time ! Thanks !

Personally, no I don't recommend it. Will it be better? Marginally. Does it fix the issue? No. I've had it as well as every other gadget and adjustment technique for making the clutch better on our car. The only one that actually worked and corrected the issue is the RJM clutch pedal assembly. That's what you need to do to make the crappy clutch in a G37 work more like it should.

This is solely my opinion from personal experience with trying every clutch fix known for this car. Others will disagree with me.

You are very welcome

This is fairly easy to install, I would say install it, try it out and see if you like the feel of the pedal with the spring installed.

Here is the THREAD that might answer some of your questions.

I have it also. For a cheap investment, the difference was worth it for me. I'd recommend it.

As BB said earlier, there is no comparison to the RJM pedal, hands down. That spring is no comparison and for a couple hundred bucks for the pedal it should be a no brainer as it was single handedly the best mod I did for my 6mt for drive-ability.
