What are your top 3 mods....

It doesn't matter if you've done 20 different mods to your ride, or 5...you have those certain few mods that your particularly proud of. The mods that you either had to work the hardest to attain, the upgrades that your decided to take the DIY leap of faith so your forever attached to them in a way that other modifications you had installed at a shop just don't tug at your heart strings quite the same way, and lastly maybe it's the unique upgrades that set your G apart from most or all other G's? For instance some uniquely colored wheels, or some JDM part/parts that only a handful of enthusiasts in the U.S. have the privilege of saying "I have those!"

I want to hear your stories and your reasons behind you TOP 3 mods you've done (or have paid for and awaiting delivery) to your G's. Pictures would be much appreciated but the mod list and reason you place such a high value on them are required.

I'll start.

These wheels, tires, drilled and slotted rotors, and DIY calipers hold a special place in my heart bc I've dreamt of owning the work vsxx's for the better part of 6 months now. Not only that but I never thought I'd be able to afford them. A happy accident turned the tide in my favor. Also I can't leave out my first ever paint job DIY on the BBK that I painted, installed/bled the brake fluid and put the Drilled & slotted rotors on to compete the look.

The Fast Intentions LTH's and CBE need to be included as one item IMO. Mainly because they were a goal of mine ever since I discovered that FI came so highly recommended by other forum members and bc FI made the only long tube headers available for our rides. The CBE was an uphill battle for nearly 11 months. I honestly didn't think it would happen for me for the longest time. I started a GB for convertibles....failed. Tried to get FI to build a 1-off...way too expensive. It finally all came together when I had a chance to exchange emails with Tony. The owner of Fast Intentions. He took it upon himself to make sure I was very well informed about what needed to be done to the CBE to allow it to clear the underbracung of the verts.
Now I am the PROUD owner of the only convertible G37 to have both the LTH's and CBE from FI. Only 2 other verts have the CBE.

I'm going to have to go with the IPL front bumper and all the accents that make it look as good as it does to my eyes anyway. The CF splitter, the midnight grill, and the black bezel IPL headlights all have the black color scheme at heart while touching on little bits of chrome accents here and there. Certainly my favorite angle to view the car from. I'd like to include the IPL side skirts and CF side splitters but I believe I've stretched the rules quite enough. Just goes to show you how difficult it is to pick a favorite mod much less you favorite 3 without including other mods that tie everything together.

I hope everyone enjoys this thread and decides to participate! At the very least it will give us all a chance to reflect on our fav mods and give the noobs a chance to have a great information database in one spot.

With every car I buy I do the exact same things first. Exhaust, wheels, and drop, which in my opinion is mandatory unless buying a supercar.

Gears, Test pipes/Long tubes, and EcuTek tune. Not saying I'd do it that way but those yield the most initial HP/acceleration

FYI: PPE makes long tubes for our car as well.
