Custom Grill and trunk emblem

I saw these two tone custom badges and wanted to know where you can get a pair? I wanted to get a pair of black with red trim border. Can you buy them this way or do I have to paint?

They're custom painted. There's a user on here, JPSBLACKG37, who should definitely be able to pull that off.

I think that black & green logo was done by 180 customs. Very nice BTW
