Springs

I got a stock height g37s 2013 coupe and now i'm looking for some lowering springs. What are some good spring that will lower my car a nice amount to almost no tire gap? And no i don't want coil over.

Swift makes the highest quality springs for our car.

Thanks and also would you recommend this over Eibach or H&R? keep in mind i will most likely keep my stock shocks considering its a 2 yr lease i don't want to drop too much money on the car.

You'll also need F&R camber arms & a rear toe bolt kit if you want to have proper alignment after you lower it. The camber kit runs about $500 and expect to pay $120 for a 4 wheel alignment. That's assuming you DIY the install.

Why the eff are camber kits MORE than the damn springs!? That makes no sense to me. Anyone use ingalls kits? I have seen those for less...just curious

I hear ya, it was a bitter pill for me to swallow but I wanted to make sure everything was proper when I dropped on springs a couple years ago. I'm glad I got them since I was pretty slammed on B&G springs, and am still pretty low on coilovers now. There's not much to those camber parts but they do command a stout price tag, guess they figure we gotta pay to play
Not sure about the Ingalls parts.

Well, the camber "kits" as we refer to them, are actually adjustable control arms. Pretty specialized and functional part, hence the expense. Springs are just, well.. springs. I'm lowered on Eibach and using SPC camber arms. They are high quality and allow the camber to be accurately dialed in. I'm not familiar with the ingalls brand, but the camber arms are a crucial suspension component, and I would not choose a cut rate brand unless they have proven quality. This is not an area you want to risk a part failure to save a few bucks..

Well put^^
Another aspect to the cost of the camber sets is liability, I'm sure they have a pretty hefty liability premium when they manufacture parts as critical as a vehicles' alignment.

Some cars have slightly adjustable camber arms from the factory...if you were to drop on just springs, you think there would be enough play to correct whatever negative camber? That way you could avoid having to pay that much for a kit? Is this the case with the G?

The OEM front arms are fixed, no camber adjustment. The rear camber arms and toe bolts have a small concentric adjustment, not enough range to compensate for a mild spring drop though. You can make the camber & toe better but one or the other , or even both will be out of spec.
