This is a confusing question. More details

 

A tune can't be sold, it's the license that can be sold as long as it's removed via a Cipher Cable provided from UpRev.

 

As long as you had the same ecu part # as the other guy (pretty rare) or had the ability to copy it into a new rom file (uprev protuner) then yes it could... but for 99% of the people out there no.

Like WPL said you can resell the osiris license provided you have the cipher cable to load it back onto, but just flashed onto your ecu no you can't resell it

You mean Cipher cable?
When you remove the tune, you return the license to the cable.
You need to have a stock ROM available to put in place of the tuned ROM.

The tuned ROM disappears.

To extract a tuned ROM from a car, you can't, only PRO tuners license can.

 

Either way, a custom tune from one car shouldn't be used on another car even if identical. Every car runs differently and even slight differences can create big problems in the long run.
