IPL Fog Trim Swap

Can anyone who has done the fog light trim swap from chrome to black tell me if removing the entire front bumper is necessary. I have the parts but haven't had time to look into the details of what this install is actually going to require. I want to install soon

i switched out the chrome piece before putting on my front bumper. easiest thing to change...(no instructions necessary)...now with the front bumper on I dont see any way around NOT taking the front bumper off.

You will have to get access to where the fog lamps are inserted and unscrew like 8 little screws on each side...

simple remove, replace, screw back in.

Yeah I am aware of how to install the trim, I am more so looking for thebest way to gain access. It appears I may have to remove the front bumper, I was trying to avoid that. I was thinking of maybe accessing it from underneath by removing the mud guards

If you go to orderinfinitiparts.com I believe they have it for $66 each plus shipping. I took that quote to my dealer and they matched and no shipping cost. I paid $180 with taxes.
