Headlight/Tailight Tint Questions

Hey guys I'm new to this and I want to lightly tint my headlights and tail lights. I have no idea if I can make this a DIY job, but I don't want to paint it. I'm assuming alot of people use removable film? A complete guess, im a total noob. If I was going to do this professionally what cost am I looking at? Any help is greatly appreciated

If you go the painted route, see post #2.

Give or take a few percent depending on who you end up going with.

For vinyl, price is all over the place. DIY is your cheapest option.
