Crazy how just a year ago the black ones with the titanium badge were more rare and sought after than the gold with carbon fiber (A black one even sold for $1k a couple weeks before the group buy). Then the group buys came along and switched the rarity over to the gold. Every person I've came across with one refuses to sell it. Good luck on your search Black Betty, I'll also keep an eye out if I ever come across one.

 

They pop up for sale every once in awhile on the Facebook Top Secret Pages. I suggest joining the group and keeping an eye out since they usually go quick.

Bit the bullet and bought the Tommykaira airbag cover. The smooth grain goes with Ryne's steering wheel better than the OEM. So we'll just say that that was the justification I needed for this purchase!

 

I love it!!!!! I was gunna pull the trigger on this one too but decided to hit the brakes and got my side mirrors instead lol

I remember when I first saw the covers. I knew I didn't want "the turtle". When I saw the one I got, I knew it was the one but I was trying to justify spending that much on just an airbag cover. The fact that it's so rare, I just had to get it....even if it means sacrificing my TS hood struts.

 

Sacrifice the TS hood struts as in getting the cover instead or as in having to sell the TS hood struts to ol' Kenny boy!?!
